You probably think of it about deed, or property deeds transfer until you need to find a deed or sign a deed like maybe you're the person on the Earth who hasn't heard about it. I knew this since i came in america that's a thing i know little bet about property however people in my country they hire an attorney to work on deed if you can afford to pay for an attorney nevertless if you can't afford then the deed well not transfer.
However, if you no longer own the home, it has been agree that you are no longer responsible for the mortgage. In the past, that what happen in my life there is a reason why i move to an apartment. So many bills mostly here in america people works to hard in order for them to pay their morgage etc or everything. less of payment when you live a small house. Anyways Some creditors have accepted a copy of the title transfer as proof when considering credit for the debtor no longer in title. But it would be better for both parties to aggreable so both are happy i am talking about my past but that's it all for now.
How about when you want to change the title on your house? When you married, you might be call the local title company and asked them to draw up a new deed reflecting the married name.
I'm confident, however, that you will have better reasons to learn more about property deeds such as warranty deeds, grant deeds or quitclaim deeds, Transfer of Will, it simply wanting to see property tax bills printed with a different name or Etc.
